Bloom Series
Gentle Drift grew from the idea of softness without losing presence. Layers of blush, ivory and warm neutral tones dissolve into one another, with floral forms appearing and disappearing through the surface rather than sitting clearly on top. I wanted the work to feel immersive and calm, as though the eye could move through it slowly and keep finding something new. There is a quietness to the palette, but the scale gives the work real presence.
She suits main bedrooms and wellness spaces, or any space where presence needn't mean noise.

Materials + Care
Original acrylic and mixed media on canvas, signed R Solsky, with a certificate of authenticity. Hang away from direct sunlight and damp, and dust gently with a soft dry cloth.

Collect from my studio in Newport
Simply choose the PICKUP tab at checkout to collect from my Newport studio. This lets me know you do not need my help with freight or an installation supplier. There is no charge for this option. I will contact you to arrange the day, time and exact location that best suits you.
