Shipping, delivery and installation

Collect from my studio in Newport (no charge)
You can collect your artwork from my Newport studio at no charge. Simply choose the PICKUP tab at checkout. This lets me know you do not need my help with freight or an installation supplier. I will contact you to arrange the day, time and exact location that best suits you.

Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are an EXTRA COST and are not included in the price of the artwork. They are quoted separately.

The cost depends on your location, the size and number of artworks, and your needs. After your order is processed, I will contact you to discuss your options and put you in touch with companies who can help you get the best quote.

Australia Post (smaller works)
If I organise Australia Post for you, it is insured and sent with signature on delivery. I will invoice you for the freight, and payment must be received before your artwork is dispatched.

Specialist art freight and installation
For larger works, or if you need installation, I will put you in touch with specialist art freight and installation companies, including Hang It Up (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane). You can get quotes and pay them directly.

If you would prefer me to organise this for you, I can arrange it and invoice you. Payment must be received before your artwork is dispatched.

I will confirm the dispatch or delivery date with you once your delivery option has been agreed.

Where I deliver
I currently deliver within Australia. If you are elsewhere, please contact me to discuss.

On arrival
Please inspect your artwork on arrival and keep all packaging. If it arrives damaged or not as described, contact me within 7 days with photos. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
