Scape Series · Part of a diptych, each sold separately

Autumn Antics I grew from the playful rhythm of an autumn landscape rather than a particular place. Warmer terracotta and gold move through layered, gestural marks, with fragments appearing and disappearing beneath the surface. I wanted the work to feel energetic but grounded, as though the colours and textures of the season had been gathered rather than literally painted. There is a companion work, Autumn Antics II, created alongside her, but each was designed to hold its own. Framed and intimate in scale, she works beautifully in a study, entry, hallway or those smaller spaces between windows and joinery.

Original acrylic and mixed media on canvas, signed R Solsky, with a certificate of authenticity. Hang away from direct sunlight and damp, and dust gently with a soft dry cloth.

Collect from my studio in Newport

Simply choose the PICKUP tab at checkout to collect from my Newport studio. This lets me know you do not need my help with freight or an installation supplier. There is no charge for this option. I will contact you to arrange the day, time and exact location that best suits you.
